Charles D. Greenwell is an accomplished litigation attorney with 45 years of experience. His practice includes complex high-stakes civil litigation regarding fiduciary responsibilities, management, ownership, control, governance, financial services and related business issues. He worked with 46 State Attorney Generals in The 1998 Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement, the largest national arbitration in United States history from 2009-2013. is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court; US District Court, Western District of Kentucky; US District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky; US District Court, Southern District of Indiana; US District Court, Southern District of New York; US District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee; and US Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
Mr. Greenwell is experienced in multi-party, multi-state litigation. He has served as lead counsel and liaison for the development and implementation of common interest strategies for claims and defense involving multi-client- multi-state court, administrative and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Greenwell received his Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville School of Law and was admitted to the Kentucky bar in April, 1973. Prior to law school, he served as an Officer in Vietnam with the U.S. Army’s, 82nd Airborne Division’s ”Golden Brigade”. He currently resides in Hernando Beach, with his wife Diane and two small dogs, Scarba and Elly.
